مهام الوظيفة :
باعتبارك متخصصًا في تجديد النشاط التسويقي، ستعمل بشكل متقاطع مع السيارات المستعملة والتسليم والمبيعات والخدمة والتقييمات الخارجية/شركاء البيع بالجملة لتقييم وشراء وبيع المركبات التجارية. سوف تقوم بتطوير المهارات اللازمة لتسعير وبيع المركبات التي نبيعها (سواء بالتجزئة أو بالجملة) بطريقة دقيقة وفعالة. لديك فضول عميق للتعلم وستطور فهمًا لديناميكيات تسعير المركبات في أسواقنا. أنت مدفوع بمهمة Tesla لتسريع انتقال العالم إلى الطاقة المستدامة. ستعمل كسفير لفريق السيارات المستعملة في السوق المحلية ولشركة تسلا.

What to Expect
As a Remarketing Specialist, you will work cross functionally with Used Car, Delivery, Sales, Service and external valuations/wholesale partners to appraise, purchase and sell trade-in vehicles. You will develop skills to price and sell vehicles that we sell (either retail or wholesale) in an accurate and efficient manner. You have a deep curiosity to learn and you will develop an understanding of vehicle pricing dynamics in our markets. You are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will act as an ambassador for the Used Car team in the local market, and for Tesla.
What You’ll Do
- Produce trade-in vehicle valuations (Tesla and non-Tesla), with a focus on specific specialized countries and markets
- Review market indicator data, vehicle history and vehicle condition to appraise the value of trade-in vehicles in keeping with current Tesla valuation strategies and provide upwards feedback on any emerging trends
- Maintain complete and accurate wholesale inventory management and tracking in the region
- Develop strong relationships with cross functional business partners (Sales, Delivery) to create an exceptional customer experience
- Identify the best wholesale partners for each territory, taking into accounting different segmentation criteria for our stock (type of car, age & mileage, etc.)
- Manage the daily relationship with our wholesale partners, ensuring that they adhere to the most competitive SLAs, amongst others speed, accuracy, and price performance
- Develop an understanding of Used Vehicle pricing in specific markets and become an expert in these markets
- Develop, monitor, and report Used Car performance metrics, root cause analysis, updates, forecasting, and analysis to drive excellence and identify potential opportunities
- Follow all internal pricing and valuation procedures and processes in a compliant way
What You’ll Bring
- Proficient written and verbal communications skills in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of Middle East market strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office, reporting/business analytics, experience with CRM a plus
- Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies
- Must have had a valid driver’s license for minimum of 2 years
